ESD Wrist Straps are used to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD) by safely grounding a person working with electronic components.

ESD Fabric Wrist Straps are made of polyester with silver plated nylon fabric with a hypoallergenic silver-plated nylon thread for conductivity. The band is standard with a 4mm snap. The polyurethane coil insulation offers excellent coil memory. A swivel type banana jack increases coil life and prevents cord tangles. The soft woven fabric and curved buckle of the wrist band allows the skin to breathe and makes it very comfortable to wear. It has a maximum resistance of 160 ohms.

ESD Metal Wrist Straps are premium grade ESD wrist straps featuring a high quality metal wrist band with an insulating outer surface and stainless steel inner surface and a coil cord. The band is standard with a 4mm, machined male snap and provides a 360 degree conductive contact around the wrist, providing maximum skin contact. A shorter, swivel type banana jack increases coil life, prevents cord tangles and fits most bench grounds. It uses highly conductive copper sulfide nylon thread for conductivity and has a maximum resistance of 160 ohms.
